Product details
| 1. The box-shape gantry is made of well-chosen steel and processed by advanced technology, so the gantry is of high intensity, rigidity, toughness and long life. On the gantry are laid the rails for cross travel and electrical cabinet. Cantilevers can be added for wider work range. 2. The trolley is comprised of motors for lifting and travelling, brake, Reducer , coiling block and electric power transmission device. Weather enclosure is set up to protect the inside components from wastage because of weather. The trolley traverses along the rails laid on the gantry for cross travel. 3. Electric parts adopt international brand Schneider and Siemens to ensure accurate operation, excellent performance and convenient maintenance. 4. There are two control methods for choice, namely cabin control and ground control. |

| 1. The Motor for lifting adopts YZP type three phase asynchronous motor and is top in China, which features large overload capacity, high machinery intensity and low noise. The motor is able to provide reliable and steady power travel, and performs well with frequent start, brake and reversion. The frequency converter can be supplied to meet your demand. 2. Wheels, gears and couplings are processed by medium-frequency quenching technology and have a great improvement in intensity, hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength and toughness. 3. Safety
| 1. Weight overload protection device. Each Electric Hoist is furnished with a weight overload protection device, which will warn when the lifting weight actually overstep the rated weight. 2. Current overload protection device. The device shall cut off the power when the current overstep the rated figure to keep the machine from damage. 3. Emergency stop system. Once any emergency occurs, the system shall be started to stop all motions to avoid harm to staff or further loss. 4. Top quality polyurethane Buffer . The buffer helps to stop the travelling mechanism softly and harmlessly. |
