Rubber tired gantry crane, Container lifting crane

Rubber tired Gantry Crane   is used to offload, stack and load ISO standard20′, 40′  containers from and to trailers. The crane features a rated capacity of 41t under the spreader, and is capable of longitudinal and transversal movements in the container yard.

Design condition

• Mounted on 8 wheels with tubeless tires and powered by a diesel engine which drives an electric Generator .

• Equipped with appropriate flexible hydraulic container spreader, which is connected to trolley through the upper frame and Wire rope system. And the hydraulic power comes from spreader itself,and  we just provide the power supply and communication.

• Designed to travel straight along its normal path, and at right angles to that path by rotating the travel wheels through an angle of 90 degrees by electric device.

•  capable of handling a container load of 41 tons by means of flexible hydraulic container spreader of 10 tons, and also able to lift one 9′6″high container over five 9′6″high stacked containers and to span six rows of 8′wide containers with row distance of 400mm and a container trailer track. Effective trolley travel is 18500mm not affecting operation in stacking area.

•  Hoisting mechanism and trolley travel are able to work simultaneously or separately with load, the same applies to gantry travel and trolley travel.    

• The Electrical drive of main working mechanism equipped with full digital AC frequency convertor, PLC speed governor and constant power adjustment device for hoisting mechanism.

• Equip with a monitoring and management system. It has the function of data collection, analysis, management, and fault diagnosis and is also able to deliver the main parameters and operating conditions to the electrical room, cabin and control centre for monitoring and control.

• The components of crane are designed into various series standard modulars. And different modulars can be asseblied to different products.
