Technical Features
Design: “YT” brand double port rubber tyred gantry crane are manufactured and designed with ISO9001 2000, ISO9001 2004 & OHSAS 18001 certificate.
Motor : The 3-phase heavy duty slipring asynchronous motor or variable frequency motor can be smooth operation in intermittent, short-term, frequent starting, braking, and load condition in accordance with ISO9001 2000, motor can be set into variable speed as customer requirement. Insulation class H, IP 54 protection for all motors.
Gearbox: Wheel gear of hardened Reducer is produced by carburizing and quenching with high strength low carbon steel alloy, high precision, efficiency, stable running, low noise, small volume, high bearing capacity.
Brakes:Independent Electric Hydraulic Brakes guarantee the crane safe and easier to control.
Control: cabin control.
Automatic position adjustment function is incuded,when the wheel is out of track,the control desk will show it and give a notice!
Rubber tyred wheel could trun by 90degree and drive on different direction!
Hydraulic lifting spreader could also rotate by 360'degree for easy operation!
Diesel engine generator is included for power source,output voltage could be 220v/60hz/3p,400v/50hz/3p,etc.
