Single Beam Overhead Crane (EOT Crane, Overhead Travelling Crane)
This kind crane adopts transducer to alternate power source frequency to realize shift of Hoist lifting and traversing mechanism, realized stable traversing and precise positioning.
Its lifting capacity is0.25 t~20t, and its span is 7.5~22.5m, working classification is A3~A5, and the ambient temperature is -25~+40°C.
It consists of four components: the girder, end carriage, Electric Hoist and electric control equipment. The Girder adopts the welding structure of U-shaped groove and structure with the I-steel. This transmission system has strong overloading power, suited to frequent starter with simple structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance, low cost, suitable for general lifting of the goods. Common modes of operation are ground control, wireless Remote control and cabin control.
There are four features of this product:
1. Reduce impact when start and breakdown, with stable travelling performance.
2. Lifting speed could be set according to different needs within 1/8 rated speed.
3. Improve working efficiency, lifting speed could be set within rated speed when no-load.
4. With transducer to control travelling Motor , make it travels at slow speed, thus improve veracity of travelling positioning.
