Electric hoist details

The wire rope  indoor hoist with trolley  mainly cosist of motor,wire rope,drum,rope guide,gear box,hosit trolley,limit switch, pendent line wiht press button,remote control switch, forged Hook ,weight overloead device.

CD1 type wirerope electric hoist is a kind of light-duty lifting equipment with advantages of tight structure, light weight, small volume, wide common use and convenient operation etc.If reducers with hard gear surface are applied, it will have long life and high mechanical efficiency. Conic rotor brake motors are equipped which has safety limiter in both up and down directions.

Application

CD1 type wirerope micro electric hoist can be widely used to hoist hevy objects, or installed on the straight or curve I-section steel beam of single beam cranes. They can also be used together with Electric hoist double beam gantry cranes,Overhead crane and jib cranes. All the above has made the electric hoists common in industrial and ore enterprises, railway, wharfs and warehoues.
