1.Introduction

Widely used hoisting machinery currently.It is mainly comprised of box-shap bridge,crane crab,trolley travelling mechanism and electric control system.The load handing device is the Hook.

On the girder laid rails for crane crab to transversely move.The girder is weld with the box-shaped end girder.At the middle of the end girder are joints which are fastened with bolts for fragmented transportation of bridges.The platform is used to place trolley travelling mechanism,electric equipment and used for repair.

3.Safety:

Weight overload protection device;

Top quality polyurethane Buffer;

Crane travelling limit switch and lifting limit switch;

Voltage lost protection function,when power is failuire then it needs reset all function to start working;

Emergency stop system,in case of emergency,the operatore could use emergency stop button to cut off power and stop the crane operation immediately to protect human and relevant property;

Current overload protection function;

The cab has open closed type two kinds, with adjustable seat, floor laid insulation pad, glass adopts toughened glass with a fire extinguisher, electric fan, can according to user requirements configuration changes in temperature air conditioning, walkie-talkie ,and objects etc..This is the various components of the driver's cab.
