Spreader:

Normally, the Double Girder Overhead Magnetic Crane is going with the carrier beam, which is of Fixed Type, telescopic type, or rotating type, according to the different working request.

Electromagnet:
a)  Principal. Based on the details of the lifting subject, we recommend the most suitable electromagnet for customers.
b)  Magnetic regulating and Preserving Equipment. It’s a safety insurance system of rectification control system and power-off protection system. Normally, we could control the protection time after power off 15 min at least.

Electrical equipment: Electric systems are Siemens brand Schneider brand or CHINT brand---Best in China.

Motors: Motors are Nanjing Special Brand –NO.1 for Electric Hoist lifting and single beam travelling.

Gearbox: Tailong or Taixing brand, Top brand on heavy duty gearbox
Operation modes: Ground handle, wireless Remote control.

Safety is the most important issue for crane. To ensure the safety, the following safety devices are equipped in SGY crane.
1. Weight overload protection device. 
2. Top quality long time bearing polyurethane materials Buffer.
3. Crane travelling limit switch.
4. Voltage lower protection function.
5. Emergency stop system.
6. Current overload protection system and so on!

Order to notice:

1. Entrance into drivers cabin including top, rear and end types.
2. When using of electro-Magnet, revolving part screw of hooks must be tightened, not allowed to   rotate.
3. Capacity including electro-magnet dead weight.
4. Crane whole weight excludes electro-magnet and its accessories weight.
5. The indicated electro-magnet listed in the table is for your reference, absorption w eight of this model electro-magnet is the max  absorption capability, customer could select according to actual use conditions.
