Main functions of automatic diesel generator set

As a backup power supply, the automatic diesel generator set should have the following basic functions

Automatic start when the power failure, power failure, undervoltage, overvoltage, missing phase, the unit can automatically start, automatically raise speed, automatically close, to the load power supply.

Automatic shutdown when the power is restored, after judging the normal, control the switch to complete the automatic switch from power generation to power, and then control the unit to slow down, idle operation for 3 minutes after the automatic shutdown.

The unit has three startup functions. If the first startup is unsuccessful, it will be started again after a 10-second delay. When the unit is not started for a long time, the maintenance can be started to check the performance and status of the unit. Hardware design of control system of automatic diesel generator set

When the unit works normally, the control switch switches to the power generation state and the unit closes to supply power to the load. When the mains power returns to normal, after the delay of 5 seconds to confirm, disconnect the unit output switch, control the switch switch to switch to the state of mains power, the unit will automatically slow down to idle state, after running for 3 minutes, the unit will automatically stop, and the unit will be in a quasi-starting state.
