20 Ton Mobile Explosion Proof Double Girder Overhead Bridge Crane performances of all motors and electric components of QB explosion-proof crane satisfy standards stipulated by GB3836.2-2000 Explosion-proof Electric Equipment Working in Explosive Gas Environment Part-2: Flame-proof crane. The crane has obtained Explosion-proof Certificate after passing examinations by units designated by the government to test explosion-proof products. The explosion-proof marks are ExdⅡCT4 respectively.
This product is suitable for areas where the explosion, transmission is not higher than ⅡB or ⅡC and the ignition temperature group of inflammable gas or explosive mixture of steam and gas is not lower than T4. Applicable dangerous zones are zone 1 and zone 2 (please refer to GB3836.1-2000 for details).
This product is generally controlled on the ground, but control from the driver’s cabin is also allowable. The working grade is intermediate.

Brief Introduction
- Mainly consists of bridge structure, crane travelling mechanism, electric equipment etc.
- All motors of QB type explosion-proof overhead cranes which electrical explosion-proof performance is in line with GB3836.2-2000 "for explosive gas atmospheres with explosion-proof electrical equipment
- Flameproof "d". And the whole performance is in line with provisions of the standards of explosion-proof bridge cranes JB/T5897-1991
- The proof marks are Exd II BT4 and Exd II CT4.
- Applied to explosion transfer capacity no higher than the II B or II C-class and the sites with explosive air mixture formed with inflammable gas (or steam) and air whose factory ignition temperature groups of not less than the T4 group.
- The applicable hazardous area: 1 division or 2 division (refer to GB3836.1-2000).
Usage
This equipment is specially used for balk cargo and granule materiel.
1) Cabin control.
2) Driver’s room is opened or closed types.
3) Wound rotor motor is used on each mechanism, changed speed by resistance.
4) Working ambient temperature: -20 °C~+45°C.
It’s not suitable for lifting blazing & melting metal or toxicant as well as explosion-proof or insulating working conditions.
