Double girder overhead 200ton crane for workshop mainly consists of bridge frame, end carriage travelling mechanism, winch trolley and electrical system. It is applicable to the transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse.

Crane girders:
The crane girders are of welded box type construction. This result in lower dead weights with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller Wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway.

In factory after manufacturing (after welding),average thickness about 105 microns
