Simple Description
QD Model Double Beams EOT Crane is applied in open warehouse or rail sideways to conduct common loading unloading and material handling works.
QD model double beam Overhead crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole
This crane is composed of bridge, travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment. Bridge adopts box welded structure; crane travelling mechanism adopts separate drive. All mechanisms are controlled in driver's cab. Power supply adopts Cable festoon and sliding wire, select one when ordering.

QD double beam overhead crane are mainly consists of Girder frame, Crane travelling device, trolley as the lifting device and electrical parts, it is divided into 2 working grade of A5and A6 according to the use frequency.
It has a strong beam and a stable travelling mechanism; the emergency switch can stop any movement once any dangerous happened
Control method: pendent wire, remote and cabin control
Girder lf the crane is the welding construction, high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity
Main hook lifting speed: 0-1m/min,trolly moving speed: 0-1m/min.crane moving speed:0-5m/mion,electric were Rope Hoist . Hoist hydraulic brake
Rail is paved for the trolley move on the main girder. Assemble the moving table on the outside of the two main girder, one side is prepared for assembling and maintenance of crane move device, another side is prepare for assembling of the trolley electric conductor device.
There are full field of view Cabin suspend under the main girder, there are joint control desk or single control box packed within the Cabin, assemble the sidelong ladder between the Cabin and moving table, The main girder joint with the two side end carriage with the joint point in the middle.

The sub-assemblies used by are standardized equipment of renowned manufactures and have been approved for specific crane operation by our test laboratory.
