| Brief Introduction: |
| QC model Electric Magnet Crane could equip with hanging beam, under the hanging beam there are several magnetic lifters, this crane is applicable to use at steel mill, shipyard, port yard and storage to lift and transfer steel plate, pipe, profile steel and spool, etc different sizes of long and bulk material. The hanging beam could horizontal rotation to meet different working demands.
This type crane is heavy duty type with working grade A6~A7, cabin control, crane lifting capacity includes the dead weight of magnetic lifters.
Electromagnetic Hook Bridge Crane is equipped with detachable electromagnetic chuck so it is especially suitable for the frequent loading and hailing working for magnetic black metal products and materials (e.g., steel ingot, steel, pig iron block) within the fixed span room in metallurgy factories, indoors or outdoors. Besides, it could also be used to carry the steel materials, iron, scrap iron, scrap steel, and scrap iron and other materials in machine factory or warehouses.
1. The platform to the cab could be side access, end access or top access.
2. The rotating parts of the hook must be locked tightly with the screws to avoid the rotation when the electric disk is operating.
3. The lifting capacity marked includes the deadweight of the electromagnetic chuck.
4. The weight of the whole crane excludes that of the electromagnetic chuck and its accessories.
