Introduction:
This container gantry crane is widely applied to the railway goods yard, big tonnage port, open storage, the container transfer station, and etc. to handle the frequent loading and unloading works.
The gantry Container crane is running on the Rail track, two legs on both sides to support the double beam structure, strong and reliability, It has features of beautiful appearance, perfect performance, low cost maintenance, easy maintenance, durability and so on.
This type adopts the U model door frame, with a big clearance between the two legs and a big span. This crane adopt the heavy duty of A5~ A6 working system, and can working normally at the temperature between -25-40°C, The service life of this crane is above 20 years.
Working conditions:
- Working temperature: -25-45 °C
- Working duty: A5- A7.
- Power source: 380V 50Hz 3Phase,and we can design as your demands.
Design and construction rules:
All the standards which is required for the crane are the Chinese standard.
Lifting unit
This crane use one or two trolley as its lifting machine, comprising the crane and trolley traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism, cabin, electric equipment, and others.
Electrical equipment
All electric equipment can works normally within the voltage fluctuation range -15% or +10%. We also design the protection devices, for instance, the emergency stop system, current overload protection system, voltage lower protection function, and etc. The main electrical components (frequency inverter, PLC) adopt the Siemens, Schneider, Chint or other international famous brand.
