YZ casting overhead crane

foundry crane can provide this matter. YZ foundry crane is the casting equipments in the continuous casting

technologyof steelmaking in steel plant ,smelting workshop, metallurgy plant. And it is specialized in conveying,

Structured by double-girder single-trolley, it consists of bridge frame, trolley, connecting traverse, long traveling mechniasm, electric appliances and other parts.

1. Bridge frame: It is fabricated and tested in fabricated in our workshop according to the design and tne national standard. Well choosen steel plate uses welded construction and this results in lower dead weights with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller Wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway. With advanced welding technology , such as shot balsting and medium-frequency hardening, the toughness and strength are perfect cimbination.

2. Trolley: The trolley are composed of Motor ,Reducer, brake, trolley frame, drum and otther parts. As a complete and independent structure, it contains lifting mechanism and cross traveling mechanism. The trolley is designed and manufactured according to your application and and working environment under the the China standard.

3. Connecting traverse: It is the main loading handling device of the YZ foundry crane . It is the main load handling device to hoist steel ladle, and with the help of auxiliary hook, they finish pouring of molten steel and steel slag. And the two lifting points can make the crane lifting and traveling stedy and safe.

4. Long traveling mechanism: Two end carriages with wheels are driven by electric motor.

5. Electric appliances: The electric equipment is installed in the girder, and the girder's electric panel room with an air cooler employs rock wool for heat insulation. And to reduce the radiation of molten steel , the thermal-prprotecttive coating is added at the bpttom of the main girder.

6. Other parts: The sub-assemblies are customized equipment of famous manufactures and have been approved for specific crane operation by our test laboratory
